Who We Serve
Seventy Forever is for menopausal and post-menopausal women who choose to examine their personal beliefs about aging. Seventy Forever is for women who understand that life is constantly unfolding and having the courage to embrace it. Seventy Forever is for women who desire self-transformation; it’s for women who choose to live their lives with meaning and purpose in an atmosphere of absolute fearlessness. Seventy Forever offers lessons on how to live a long, happy, healthy, and conscious life. My hope is that Seventy Forever will put women on the path to discovering their authentic self, their true worth; and that one day they will look back at their transformation and be blown away!

Our Workshops
The purpose of our free bi-monthly virtual workshop is to create an educational experience about women and aging; and to reiterate a scientific concept that our health and longevity are based on the combination of our biological, emotional, and spiritual health (body, mind, and spirit). Our hope is that these workshops will help redefine aging and inspire participants to further explore ways to embrace agelessness.
